Grief Support
Grief is a personal journey, and no one should have to walk it alone. We are here to provide guidance, support, and resources as you navigate the days, weeks, and months ahead.
You Don't Have to Grieve Alone
The loss of a loved one can bring a range of emotions—sadness, confusion, anger, loneliness, and even relief. Every person's experience with grief is unique, and there is no "right" way to mourn.
At Sunset Memorial, we believe support should continue long after the service has ended. Whether your loss was recent or years ago, we hope these resources provide comfort, understanding, and encouragement.
Grief Support Resources
The journey through grief is different for everyone. Whether you are coping with a recent loss or continuing to heal months or years later, you do not have to face it alone.
Sunset Memorial encourages families to seek support whenever they need it. The organizations below provide compassionate counseling, support groups, and crisis assistance throughout Southern Nevada.
Immediate Crisis & Trauma Support
1
Trauma Intervention Program of Southern Nevada (TIP)
The Trauma Intervention Program (TIP) provides immediate emotional and practical support following unexpected deaths, accidents, suicides, fires, and other traumatic events.
Specially trained volunteers respond alongside first responders to offer comfort and guidance during the first critical hours after a tragedy.
TIP services focus on immediate crisis response and are not intended for ongoing grief counseling.
